On 12^th April 2022 the staff of Rwanda Law Reform Commission, the ministry of Justice, the ministry of infrastructures and the office of the Prime Minister held a discussion in line with the 28^th commemoration of the Genocide Against Tutsi.

This discussion was held at the Administrative office complex where the above institutions work from. It was delivered by Hon.  Mudidi Emmanuel, with the theme “We choose to be one”
